About Us:
Park Side Kitchen is a fast-paced, high-quality brunch restaurant with two vibrant locations near central Cardiff. We serve elevated brunch dishes, thought provoking cocktails, specialty coffee, and laid-back good vibes - all delivered with pace, warmth, and energy.
We're now looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to lead our front of house team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a management role that's predominantly daytime-based, giving you evenings free while still delivering all the buzz of a busy, high-standard restaurant.
What You'll Do:
* Lead daily FOH operations in a fast-moving brunch environment
* Manage and motivate a small, energetic team
* Ensure excellent guest experience and high service standards
* Oversee rota management, stock control, and day-to-day admin
* Support with training, hiring, and team development
* Drive service pace and quality throughout the day
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume setting
* Passion for food, coffee, and service
* Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Hands-on, can-do approach with strong attention to detail
* Available to work weekdays and weekends (but mainly daytime shifts)
