We are seeking an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead and grow a specialist healthcare staffing service in Scotland, supplying nurses and care staff to healthcare providers across the region.
This is a senior leadership opportunity combining regulatory oversight, operational management, and business development, with responsibility for building strong client partnerships and expanding the service.
The successful candidate will be eligible to register with the Scottish Care Inspectorate as a service manager and will play a key role in developing a high-performing healthcare staffing operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Acting as Registered Manager with the Scottish Care Inspectorate
• Leading the operational delivery of a regulated healthcare staffing service
• Managing recruitment, compliance and workforce coordination
• Developing strong relationships with care homes, healthcare providers and local authorities
• Driving business development and new client growth
• Ensuring the service operates in line with Health and Social Care Standards
Requirements
• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN or
• Health & Social Care qualification at SCQF Level 9 or above
• Eligibility to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
• Experience managing a care service, nursing agency or healthcare staffing operation
• Strong leadership and commercial awareness
