Our client, a well-established claims management company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their dynamic team in Borehamwood. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people to thrive in a rewarding role within the claims management industry.
Position Overview
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the initial stages of the claims process. Your work will directly contribute to the company's mission of ensuring clients receive the compensation they are entitled to while providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.
Responsibilities
* Proactively contact potential clients via our qualified exisisting leads. (No cold calling)
* Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Guide clients through the initial stages of the claims process, offering expert advice
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the company's CRM system
* Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
* Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements
* Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* A proactive approach to achieving targets
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
* Experience in claims management is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
