We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead a major Finance technology delivery workstream and drive measurable improvements in financial processes, data quality, controls, and reporting. The Role You will lead a multi‑year programme of work within the Future ERP portfolio, shaping delivery strategy, managing suppliers, and ensuring secure, compliant, and high‑quality outcomes. You’ll work across Finance, Technology, Data, Integration, and Commercial teams to deliver a scalable Finance platform that supports Royal Mail’s long‑term ambitions. What You’ll Do Lead a Finance ERP programme, defining roadmap, phases, milestones, and success measures. Secure investment through robust planning, estimates, and business case inputs. Ensure delivery governance, risk management, financial control, and regulatory compliance. Build strong relationships with senior Finance and Technology stakeholders. Manage System Integrators and software vendors to ensure value and quality. Lead and develop programme teams, supporting consistent delivery capability. What You’ll Bring Proven experience delivering large, complex technology programmes. Strong background in ERP or enterprise platform delivery — ideally SAP S/4HANA Finance. Ability to translate Finance strategy into actionable delivery plans. Excellent stakeholder, commercial, and risk management skills. Experience in regulated, financially critical environments. Confident communicator able to influence senior and executive leaders.
