Job Description
A highly sophisticated single‑family office is seeking a Senior Controller to oversee financial operations across a multi‑entity domestic and international structure. 1. Full ownership of accounting across. and international entities
2. Monthly close, reconciliations, workpapers, and financial reporting
3. Prepare deliverables for annual audits and reviews
4. Maintain clean, timely, and accurate books across the structure
Tax Coordination & Compliance
5. Coordinate with external tax advisors across partnership, corporate, and HNW individual tax
6. Oversee preparation of tax packages, K‑1 support, annual filings, and cross-border requirements
7. Maintain compliance and documentation across all jurisdictions
Treasury, Cash & Banking
8. Oversee cash operations: liquidity planning, payments, capital calls, and intercompany flows
9. Manage banking relationships and execute treasury decisions
10. Maintain payment controls and approval processes
Entity Management & Governance
11. Maintain corporate records, structure charts, and compliance calendars
12. Support trusts, estates, and generational planning alongside legal
13. Ensure flawless entity hygiene across the ecosystem
Investment Support
14. Partner with the CEO and investment staff on deal execution mechanics
15. Oversee capital movements, entity setup, and cash flow planning
16. Maintain investment documentation and performance records
Team Leadership & Collaboration
17. Manage:Belgium-based Treasurer & support staff.-based Financial Analyst (shared with investments)
18. Partner daily with the CEO, Chairwoman, and GC
19. Uphold a trusted, service‑oriented partnership with family members
