Responsibilities
* Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports tailored to business needs
* Build data models, KPIs, and calculations to support strategic and operational decisions
* Develop and deploy AI agents and copilots using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and OpenAI’s ChatGPT
* Connect and manage data sources in Microsoft Azure (e.g. Azure SQL Database, Data Lake)
* Create automated workflows with Power Automate to streamline communication and reporting
* Support staff in adopting AI tools and data platforms
* Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI integration and data insights
* Work with third parties to develop robust data integrations and maintain data governance standards
* Evaluate and refine existing reporting tools and data processes
Qualifications
* A motivated and innovative individual with a strong grasp of AI and data analytics and has the following knowledge, skills and experience:
* A bachelor’s degree in Data science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
* Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Azure data tools
* Strong skills in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis
* Experience designing and deploying AI agents or copilots
* A working knowledge of data governance, compliance best practices, and secure data handling
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and digital innovation

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 9 am – 5:30 pm
