Job Summary
HB Collective is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Dispatch Clerk to support our warehouse and logistics operations. Working in partnership with Great Lengths Italy, a globally recognised brand for premium-quality hair extensions, HB Collective provides innovative hair solutions and products to salons across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and dispatching customer orders, assisting with stock management, and maintaining accurate records. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with office-based tasks, offering a comprehensive view of warehouse operations. The position also forms part of a structured development programme designed to progress into a Team Leader role by 2026.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Accurately pick customer orders according to pick lists, ensuring correct product codes and quantities.
* Pack and prepare orders for shipment, including labelling, wrapping, and courier booking.
* Assist with stock takes and cycle counts, reporting discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
* Support general warehouse tasks, including unloading deliveries, organising stock, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
* Perform office-based tasks related to dispatching, including updating shipment records, printing pick sheets, and using HB Collective's warehouse management system.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow across warehouse and dispatch operations.
* Develop leadership and operational skills in preparation for promotion to a Team Leader role in 2026.
Requirements & Skills
* Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, evolving business.
* Professional attitude with effective communication skills.

Pay: £24,420.00-£25,500.00 per year
