About The Role
1. The Voice & Unified Communications Product Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle, commercial performance, and strategic direction of the company's Voice and UC portfolio, spanning telephony, SIP services, PSTN replacement technologies, SBC architecture, UCaaS, CPaaS, CCaaS integrations, and Microsoft Teams Voice.
2. This role is responsible for overseeing the roadmap, collaborating with Engineering and Architecture to design solutions, managing suppliers, ensuring operational readiness, and spearheading the ongoing enhancement of our Voice & UC platform ecosystem.
