Rufus Carr Ltd, a long established company, require a trainee parts assistant. The successful candidate will have the skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone in an efficient and friendly manner. They will also possess a good standard of numeracy, literacy and be competent in IT. A full UK driving licence is preferred. Responsibilities: -Serving technicians within our workshop -Inbound and outbound calls to customers -Assisting customers at our parts counter -Ordering, invoicing and taking payments -Providing quotations -Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the business Full in-house training will be provided. Hours of work - 39 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday morning in four on a rota system. Holiday entitlement is 22 days per year plus bank holidays with additional holidays after 5 years of employment. Salary subject to experience and candidate. Benefits: Company pension
