Job Responsibility:
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Manage and update company databases and spreadsheets
* Provide administrative support to the team as needed
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
* Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
* Assist with recruiting new staff
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
* Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
* Ability to type quickly and accurately
* Knowledge of computerized systems for record keeping
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
