Salary: £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission – OTE Up to £70,000
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Fully onsite role in Gateshead.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 4:30 pm
The Opportunity:
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for driving sales across a designated territory, engaging with approximately 3,000 primary and secondary schools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing an effective sales strategy to meet targets
* Securing appointments with new prospects
* Qualifying inbound leads to maximise opportunity
* Managing your time to exceed performance objectives
* Building a strong personal brand across social media
* Delivering compelling product demonstrations, both online and in person
* Coordinating product trials and showcasing impact
* Clearly communicating the product’s value proposition
* Managing the full sales cycle from lead to close
* Working alongside the internal marketing team to support outreach efforts
