We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and friendly person to fill an additional position on our Front of House Team. This role will primarily involve weekend working, with hours split over a Saturday Sunday each week, plus additional shifts available for holiday and sickness cover as required.
As the first point of contact for all Centre visitors, you will provide customers with advice on Centre activities and services, process bookings, memberships and payments, and maintain customer records, with a welcoming and professional attitude.
Ideally you will have experience working in a busy front of house environment, be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and be able to work on your own as well as part of an operational team.
*A Basic DBS check will be required for this position*
Rates of Pay:
* £12.60 per hour rising to £13.23 per hour from 1st April
* £9.81 per hour rising to £10.30 per hour from 1st April
