About the Role

We’re seeking enthusiastic, skilled, and compassionate SEND teachers who are:
5. Qualified and experienced – holding QTS and a strong understanding of SEND, ideally with experience in a specialist or mainstream SEN setting.
6. Creative and flexible – adapting quickly, bringing energy and new ideas to every lesson.
7. A strong communicator – building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
8. Patient and passionate – bringing empathy, resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping every child succeed.
