Were looking for an experienced Composite Laminator with strong expertise in carbon fibre components to join our high-performance manufacturing team. Youll play a hands-on role in preparing, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to the highest engineering and visual standards, supporting projects across motorsport and advanced engineering sectors. Key Responsibilities Trim, drill, and bond composite components to precise engineering specifications. Work with carbon fibre and other advanced composite materials. Interpret and work from complex engineering drawings and jigs. Ensure all components meet tight tolerances and high visual quality standards. Inspect and check carbon fibre parts for any defects or imperfections. Use a shot blaster to abrade parts for bonding. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Composite Trimmer. Strong background in carbon fibre trimming and finishing, motorsport or high-performance engineering experience preferred. Skilled in trimming, drilling, bonding, and finishing composite parts. Confident interpreting detailed engineering drawings. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to precision work. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
