We are currently recruiting a Service Advisor to join our Loughborough dealership, supporting customers through every stage of their service and repair journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

About the role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a professional, welcoming, and transparent experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and understanding their service or repair needs
* Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers informed throughout
* Liaising with technicians and internal teams
* Explaining work completed and invoicing clearly and accurately
* Delivering consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has strong communication and customer service skills
* Is organised, approachable, and confident dealing with a wide range of people
* Enjoys working in a fast paced, team focused environment
* Is comfortable using computer systems
* Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Advisor, Customer Service Executive, or in retail, hospitality, or call centre roles is advantageous — but not essential.
