About the Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, managing significant weekly budgets. This role is roughly 70% focused on paid media (split between PPC and Paid Social) and 30% on wider digital activity, including CRM, SEO, and website optimisation.
You’ll handle day‑to‑day campaign management from planning and activation to reporting while collaborating with external partners to challenge performance and align on long‑term strategy. This is a hands‑on, performance‑driven role where you can make data‑backed decisions and directly impact growth.
About you
To be considered for this role, you’ll have proven experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns, ideally across multiple brands with significant ad spend. You’ll be confident setting strategy, analysing performance data, and optimising campaigns to deliver measurable commercial results. You’ll be skilled in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with a strong grasp of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Experience with CRM, SEO, and digital reporting is a bonus and you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing creative thinking with data‑led decision making to drive growth and performance.
