i-teachers are currently working with an inspiring secondary school in Manchester who are eager to add a resilient, empathetic and outgoing 1:1 LSA to their special educational needs (SEN) department in a full-time role.
1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Role information:
1. 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
2. Supporting a pupil in KS3 with complex learning difficulties
3. Planning and conducting fun and engaging learning experiences
4. Being a consistent source of academic, social and emotional support
5. Monday to Friday role for the full academic year
6. Paid up to £500 PAYE per week during term time
7. Working hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm approximately
8. Located in Bury
1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Applicant requirements:
9. Experienced Tutor, Mentor or Teaching Assistant
10. Prior experience working with children with SEN
11. Excellent organisation and communication skills
12. Ability to remain patient, supportive and determined
13. Passionate about the development of every child
