Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (8 hours per shift)

Specialty: Diagnostic Radiography (Therapeutic & Specialist Imaging)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Radiographer to join the Diagnostics Department at Yeovil District Hospital. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services, working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a range of diagnostic radiographic examinations in line with departmental protocols.
Ensure the safe use of equipment and maintain accurate patient records.
Work collaboratively with clinicians, nurses, and other AHPs to support patient care.
Adhere to professional and statutory regulations, ensuring patient safety and dignity at all times.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives within the Diagnostics team.
Requirements:
HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
Previous NHS or equivalent hospital experience at Band 6 level.
Competence in diagnostic radiography across a range of modalities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance.
