They are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead some of our most exciting and complex productions.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll lead the technical delivery of large-scale live events — with a strong focus on lighting design and systems.
You’ll take projects from brief through to execution, managing multidisciplinary teams across lighting, audio, video, and scenic. This is as much about leadership and client management as it is technical expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical event projects
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
* Interpret and shape briefs with both creative and commercial thinking
* Produce accurate proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
* Specify and design lighting systems across a range of projects
* Coordinate across lighting, audio, video, and scenic teams
* Lead onsite delivery, ensuring seamless technical execution
* Mentor and develop junior team members
* Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
* Adapt quickly to changing project requirements
What We’re Looking For
* 6+ years’ experience in technical project management within live events / production
* Strong expertise in lighting design and systems
* Solid understanding of audio, video, and scenic integration
* Proven experience managing large-scale, client-facing projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Commercial awareness with experience handling budgets and proposals
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
