This role will be office based and the hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch. We are looking for a tenacious, highly organised and service-focused administrator, with excellent knowledge of MS Office and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. This role will involve the following: Planning, monitoring and scheduling projects Utilising company systems and procedures to effectively manage customer needs and requirements Liaising with internal and external colleagues to ensure swift delivery of scheduled plans Complex multi-diary management Compliance related administration Managing customer call flow effectively Reporting The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role/s previously, but the main focus is in finding an individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys seeing a task through to completion and is exceptionally well organised, and can therefore manage multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
