About the Role
Are you interested in an apprenticeship? Do you have a keen interest in Data Protection & Governance?
We offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Information Access Team as an Apprentice Information Access Coordinator.
This two-year apprenticeship allows you to develop skills in Data Protection, Legislation, and Information Access & requirements. Your tasks will include compliance activities, guidance on policies & procedures, and managing & reporting risks.
Alongside your work experience, you'll complete a Level 4 apprenticeship in Data Protection & Information Governance, gaining academic knowledge to complement your practical skills.
You will also build confidence in communicating with stakeholders across the organization, understanding their needs, developing requirements, and providing guidance & advice.

About you
If you have a keen interest in data protection and information governance and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
You should have some experience in data management, MS Office 365, and strong Excel skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
This role is fast-paced, requiring you to meet deadlines while effectively managing your workload with strong prioritization skills.
Minimum requirements include at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, and 2/3 A levels or equivalent (BTEC). Studying Law or a related field at A Level would be a significant advantage.
Please note: You will be employed by our training provider, ATA.
