Role Summary
We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join established care teams across a variety of care homes within a well established Group.
Nurses will deliver safe, person-centred clinical care, supervise care staff on shift, manage medication, and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory and organisational standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Active NMC PIN
* RGN / RMN / RNLD
* Ideally care home experience
* Confident in medication administration and clinical decision-making
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, professional, and able to work a rolling rota
