Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Provide information about products and services to customers.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
7. Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and suggest improvements.
Requirements
8. Previous experience in customer service.
9. Ideally from an industrial customer service role.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
12. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
13. Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm demeanour.
14. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
15. Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
16. Excellent PC skills, word and excel
Benefits
