Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

This UKAS accredited company is seeking a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst with proven industry experience. The role involves conducting surveys, 4-stage clearances, report writing, and sampling analysis. Candidates must hold BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications. Requirements:
* BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualifications or RSPH equivalent
* Knowledge of asbestos types and industry standards
* Understanding of health & safety legislation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TEAMS
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to meet company targets
Responsibilities:
* Sample collection and precise storage for lab analysis
* Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
* 4-stage clearance procedures
* Various testing including smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, and re-occupation
* Maintain compliance standards
* Detailed report assembly
* Travel as required
* Experience on domestic, commercial, and industrial sites
