We’re currently hiring aVRF Project Managerto lead the full execution of VRF Air Conditioning Installation HVAC projects across End User and Main Contractor sites. From sales handover to final completion, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all aspects of project delivery: financials, scheduling, logistics, and site coordination.
2. Act as the main contact for Johnson Controls project activities.
3. Oversee procurement, warehousing, and subcontractor management.
4. Coordinate material deliveries and customs compliance.
5. Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld throughout.
6. Provide technical oversight of HVAC system delivery and integration.
7. Attend project meetings, monitor progress, and ensure compliance.
8. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
9. Set performance expectations for direct and subcontract labour.
10. Support O&M documentation and final handover.
What we are looking for
Essential:
11. Proven end-to-end project management experience in HVAC (VRF preferred).
12. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and integration in multi-trade construction projects.
13. Experience with chillers and a range of HVAC equipment.
14. Financial oversight, procurement, and team leadership skills.
15. Contract management and supervision of direct and subcontract labour.
16. Logistics experience including deliveries and customs clearance.
17. Familiarity with Design & Build projects and CDM regulations.
18. Safety audit and inspection experience.
19. Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical info clearly.
20. Proficiency in MS Teams and SharePoint.
Preferred:
21. Project management certification.
22. IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS, or CSCS qualifications.
23. Knowledge of PSSR and BS EN378.
24. VRF design and working knowledge.
25. Strong stakeholder engagement and Microsoft Office/Project skills.
26. Understanding of contract law and negotiation.
