Nursery Deputy Manager Bournemouth Salary: £31,000 per annum ⏰ Full-time | Permanent We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career and support the Nursery Manager in delivering outstanding childcare. The Role As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery. You will help lead, inspire, and support the team while maintaining the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.
