Salary: Circa A GBP 38k dependent on skills and experience
Huddersfield HD4 : Hybrid : office based 3 days per week: must live within a commutable distance to HD4

The Role
This isnt just account management. Youll be the trusted partner for your clients. The person they call when they need clarity. The one who can explain the technical without hiding behind jargon.
Youll manage existing relationships and develop new ones. Youll work closely with our technical team to make sure projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget. And youll take real ownership, from first conversation through to completion.
We dont sell for the sake of it. We guide. We advise. We design out risk wherever we can. Then we deliver properly.
What Youll Do
* Building strong, long term client relationships based on trust
* Spotting opportunities to add value, not just increase turnover
* Working alongside our technical team to plan and deliver projects
* Managing quoting, estimating and job costing with accuracy
* Keeping projects on track, on budget and aligned with agreed KPIs
* Acting as a calm, clear point of contact throughout
* Stepping in when needed. Because were one team
Youll help clients understand whats required, why it matters and what the safest route looks like. You wont overcomplicate. You wont overpromise. Youll tell it straight.
What We Need
* 4+ years in an account management or client facing role
* A background in facilities management, working at height or construction.
* Strong project management skills and commercial awareness
* Clear communication and confident negotiation skills
* Comfortable with cloud based tools and quick to adapt to new systems
* Able to work independently and take ownership
* Based within 45 minutes of Huddersfield
Youll need to be organised, detail focused and comfortable balancing multiple projects. This role carries responsibility. And thats exactly why its rewarding.
