Title: Contract and Performance Manager - Belfast
1. Location: Belfast
* Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
* Pay Rate / Salary: £ per hour

About the Role:
The Contract and Performance Manager will coordinate contract monitoring, reporting, compliance and governance for Planned Maintenance, while managing a small team and supporting effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support contract monitoring and develop delivery approaches.
* Support planned repairs and asset protection.
* Manage staff to meet targets.
* Provide governance for construction contracts.
* Give contract advice, escalation and dispute support.
* Support training plans and produce advice notes.
* Collate monthly-annual performance data.
* Produce KPI reports and improvement plans.
* Prepare information for statutory returns.
* Collate project close-out information.
* Gather responses for FOI, AQ and audit queries.
* Maintain accurate reporting systems and processes.
* Support updates to the Risk Register.
* Manage second-stage complaints.
* Support mobilisation of new contracts.
* Prepare business cases, tenders and quotes.
* Provide customer service and manage queries.
* Promote continuous improvement.
* Maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Represent the Assistant Director when required.
* Comply with NIHE frameworks and policies
* Carry out other reasonable duties.
2. Essential Criteria:
Possess a degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in a construction related field
3. OR
4. Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and least 5 years working in a construction role
5. Should either be chartered in one of the recognised Building Professions or must be committed to either attaining a relevant qualification or Chartered membership of a professional body agreed by the Director of Asset
6. 5 years relevant experience working in the construction industry in the last 5 years, 3 years of which must include managing, overseeing and or reporting contractual key performance indicators within construction contracts.
7. Can demonstrate experience in a minimum of two of the following four areas:
8. Developing and or implementing processes and procedures in delivering effective construction contract management
9. The provision of advice and guidance on construction contract related matters.
10. Preparing and delivering training and/or presenting construction contract related information to a wide range of audiences
11. The procurement of construction contracts inclusive of the involvement in compiling lessons learned from previous contracts and coordination of procurement needs
