Primary Purpose:* Serve as a key member of the commercial team, providing comprehensive commercial, contractual, and pricing support.* Manage and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring their successful execution.* Lead commercial activities supporting the UK sales and rental markets.* Coordinate the bid process and engage with stakeholders.Main Responsibilities:* Support both new and existing business within the UK markets.* Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to establish sales targets.* Review and enhance commercial operations processes to maximize growth.* Work with various departments to develop and drive winning bids and proposals.* Conduct detailed reviews of client tender requirements and present recommendations to the senior leadership team.* Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies for bids and proposals.* Lead contractual negotiations for new business opportunities.* Maintain current and accurate information in the CRM system.* Provide regular reporting to senior leadership based on work progress and priorities.Requirements:* Degree or equivalent experience in the UK construction services or commercial rental industry.* Proficiency in contract management, including NEC3 & 4, JCT, CPA.* Strong IT skills (MS Wo...
