What You’ll Do:
Work closely with our Digital Content Manager and Analysts to ensure our clients’ product content is accurate, engaging, and live across major online retailers. You’ll become an expert in content platforms and learn how to troubleshoot and resolve issues that impact online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and organize product content (images, videos, descriptions, etc.) to syndication platforms
Ensure content is published correctly and live on retailer websites
Troubleshoot and resolve content publication issues between retailers and syndication providers
Learn and become certified in key content management and syndication tools
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client goals and deadlines
Support administrative tasks and ongoing training as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields)
Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or web-based tools
Understanding of basic e-commerce concepts and terminology
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
