Central Employment are working with a fast growing eCommerce business in County Durham, as they look to expand there in-house Marketing and eCommerce team. We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager who can create and implement marketing plans to work across both divisions of the business, B2B & B2C/eCommerce.
The role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who loves making a real difference through data driven decision making; having responsibility and autonomy to deliver; and is passionate about working in a growing, developing business that house a number of strong brands.
Main responsibilities of the Marketing Manager: -
1. Analyse and report on marketing campaigns.
2. Create and implement marketing plans to maximise lead generation and customer engagement
3. Manage a marketing budget.
4. Lead marketing campaigns and data segmentation.
5. Arrange and negotiate media bookings for internet, print and outdoor and press – for regional franchise marketing needs
6. Build relationships with external agencies, specifically Performance Marketing and Web Development
7. Write PR briefs and drive maximum coverage.
8. Manage and oversee offline and online platforms.
9. Increase brand awareness through tactical and strategic campaigns
10. Increase website traffic and high-quality leads.
