As one of the UK's most exciting up-and-coming fashion brands, we’re expanding rapidly and are looking for a Productions Coordinator to join the Production Team and play a pivotal role in the business. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating between departments, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1-2 years experience.
Please note we are willing to look at both Full Time candidates and also Part Time candidates (3 days a week).
Responsibilities
* Taking ownership of trimmings and garment sign offs - including ordering / liaising with factories for them to order / keeping stock take up-to-date / order stocks when necessary (once every 1-2 months), and booking delivery notes for trims.
* Liaise with our factories whenever they have trims inquiries and resolve the issue within the day in order to avoid any delays in production.
* Raising dockets and sending them to the factories. Update the factories plans based on docketed quantity and update the logistics plan with correct unit splits. Informing our Buying Team of any rating increases / decreases and getting new ratios approved with the merch team if under / over the tolerance.
* If needed, reissuing the garment dockets based on amendments done to the pattern and rating increasing or based on fabric width being different to what we have on the system.
* When necessary, adding new trims on the trim database.
* Making weekly list with trims/labels that need to be sent from the office to our factories.
* Keeping an accurate stock take on our branded labels and weekly checking and placing of orders accordingly.
* Checking cut figures and highlighting any discrepancies to the Merchandising/Production Manager.
* Booking fabric deliveries on figs and informing the factory and updating factory schedules.
Skills + Experience
* Ability to demonstrate being highly organised
* Strong Work Ethic
* Proficient with Gmail/Google Sheets
* Previous experience with internal databases
The role is based at our London HQ, with details on remote or hybrid working to be discussed during the interview process.
