CNC Programmer / Operator
to join our skilled production team at our Lisburn facility.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-spec, clean, and modern machining environment producing precision components for the global aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, modify, and optimise CNC programs (3 & 5-axis machining)
* Interpret detailed aerospace engineering drawings and CAD models
* Select appropriate tooling, cutting strategies, and machining methods
* Support first-off inspections and prove-out of new programs
* Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams
* Maintain high standards of precision, safety, and quality control
* Ensure all work complies with aerospace industry standards
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer
* Strong knowledge of 3 & 5-axis machining centres
* Experience with CAM software (Delcam preferred; e.g., Mastercam or HyperMill)
* Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
* Strong understanding of tolerances and inspection processes
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* 40-hour basic week
* Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
Salary:
£35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Overtime available and paid at enhanced rates as required.
