Marketing CRM Manager (Contract) – Banking Sector
Rate: £300 - £350 per day via umbrella company
Contract Duration: 6 months

About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Manager to support a leading banking sector client in delivering targeted, data-driven campaigns for their consumer products. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, retention, and product adoption through multi-channel communications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM experience, with a proven ability to design and execute campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Execute customer lifecycle CRM journeys across multiple touchpoints
* Collaborate with team members to deliver campaigns across multiple channels including email, push, and in-app
* Monitor campaign performance and ensure safe and accurate campaign execution
* Conduct campaign QA, reviewing set-ups thoroughly before launch
* Work with other CRM Managers to develop segmentation strategies targeting relevant audiences
* Deliver campaigns using a test-and-learn, data-driven approach
* Own existing processes and always-on campaigns, ensuring documentation is kept up to date
You’ll Love This Role If You Have
* Hands-on CRM experience, with a track record of designing and delivering successful campaigns and automated journeys
* Experience using a CRM platform (Braze preferred)
* Previous experience in Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions
* Experience using Looker or similar analytics platforms (advantageous)
* Experience collaborating with product teams across multiple areas to deliver customer-centric initiatives
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage stakeholder priorities effectively
* A collaborative mindset, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose solutions and alternative approaches when challenges arise
