Alexander Hudson Estates – Sales Negotiator
Established in 2018, Alexander Hudson Estates are a small, family-run estate agents with a passion for property and an honest approach, we value being friendly and client-focused with clear and open communication channels.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our friendly team.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Deal with day to day general enquiries and administrative tasks relating to sales
· Organise, book, confirm, and conduct viewings
· Negotiate offers and assist in the subsequent progress of sales
· Initiate and maintain frequent communication with all parties involved in sales transactions including clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage advisors and contractors to obtain updates and ensure all parties are kept informed of the status of their transaction.
· Actively generate new business
· Building and maintaining relationships with our clients whilst providing the highest standards of customer care
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
· Experience in sales in an Estate Agency setting is essential (minimum 1 years) and keen to progress career forward.
· Good knowledge of the property market
· A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
· Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
· Outstanding customer service and strong communication skills
· IT literacy.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent (although can be flexible for the right candidate)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (with a 1 in 4 working pattern for Saturday mornings (2 hours), time off in lieu given for this)

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay and bonuses
