The Head Teacher is looking for someone who can work collaboratively with Class Teachers and other staff members. You will be expected to: Be flexible and proactive when supporting individuals and small groups of learners. Be a Team Player and work collaboratively with other staff to ensure pupils are getting the best learning experiences. Confident managing challenging behaviour inside the classroom.
