We are currently recruiting Porters / Driver's Mates to join our client based in Rochester, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time permanent position after a successful 12-week period, with excellent benefits and career progression.

What You'll Get

Role Responsibilities
* Assisting drivers with the delivery of flat-packed kitchens to homes and construction sites
* Handling heavy lifting - physically demanding role
* Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
* Ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently
* Working as part of a team to complete daily delivery routes

✅ What We're Looking For
* Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
* Ability to start early (between 4am - 6am)
* Own transport is essential due to early start times
* Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing

⚠️ Important: Drug & Alcohol Testing
Please note: Drug testing is carried out at induction and randomly once permanent.
Testing is conducted via a saliva-based test, which can detect substance use over a longer period (including previous weeks/months) rather than just recent use.
