KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support container unloading and handballing duties at a busy warehouse site based in Wednesbury (WS10).
This role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible, ad-hoc work rather than fixed hours.
Job Overview
This is a physically demanding role involving unloading shipping containers and manually moving stock within the warehouse. You’ll be working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, helping to meet daily operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Unloading goods from shipping containers
* Handballing products to designated storage or picking areas
* Sorting and organising stock by type and category
* Ensuring goods are handled correctly to minimise damage
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following all health & safety procedures
* Working as part of a team to meet daily deadlines
Skills & Experience Required
* Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (manual handling)
* Good level of physical fitness and stamina
* Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
* Team-focused with a positive attitude
* Previous warehouse or manual work experience preferred but not essential
* Flexibility to accept work at short notice
Pay & Benefits
* £12.21 per hour
