What you’ll be doing: Lead packaging design projects from concept through to final artwork, ensuring bold, innovative, and commercially effective design outcomes. Develop structural and graphic design solutions that elevate the brand and delight consumers. Collaborate with product, marketing, and global suppliers to deliver packaging that works across multiple formats and channels. ️ Own and manage the packaging critical path, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to the highest standard. Contribute to broader creative initiatives including catalogues, POS, exhibitions, and promotional material. What we’re looking for: ✔️ 5 years of experience in packaging design (FMCG, consumer, lifestyle, or retail ideal). ✔️ A standout portfolio showcasing your ability to combine creativity with precision. ✔️ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with 3D mock-up tools a plus. ✔️ Strong understanding of packaging print processes, sustainability, and production constraints. ✔️ A confident communicator who can balance creativity with project management.
