Your Role as Finance Manager:
* Line management of a small accounts team, providing training and support
* Production of monthly management accounts
* Preparation and monitoring of budgets
* Liaison with external stakeholders, including auditors
* Providing financial advice and support to budget holders
* Maintaining rolling financial forecasts and highlighting changes
* Overseeing and authorizing POs and invoices
* Ensuring VAT compliance
* Reviewing and developing systems and processes
Experience & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar finance role, with staff supervision or management responsibilities. Strong communication and business partnering skills are essential, as the role involves cross-functional communication with non-finance teams.
