Job Title: Deputy Manager - Hertfordshire Location: Hertfordshire Pay Rate: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) About the Role: Support the Registered Manager in the daily management of the residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and providing leadership to the care team.
