As an Account Manager in Energy Solutions you will be our domestic customer's 'Home Energy Partner'. You'll secure leads and guide the homeowners journey from first enquiry, through installation, into aftercare and post-sales. You'll provide expert advice, build trust, and help customers make informed decisions about electrifying their home. You will balance supporting customers remotely, such as via phone or email from the office, with in-person engagements and in-home visits.
