Flourishingly clean are seeking a dedicated and reliable housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept tidy and presentable, contributing to a positive environment for both staff and clients.
Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, and communal areas to ensure high hygiene standards are maintained.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly.
* Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between sites.
* Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
