As Office Manager, you'll keep our office running like clockwork, balancing people focused service with practical operational management. From reception to facilities, you'll make sure every day runs smoothly for our teams and visitors alike.

1. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, callers and enquiries, representing the business professionally at all times
2. You'll keep our reception and front of house running smoothly, making sure calls, messages and correspondence are handled efficiently and accurately
3. You'll take ownership of the day to day management of our office building, coordinating maintenance, compliance and external contractors
4. You'll ensure our meeting rooms are always ready for use, managing bookings, presentation and equipment
5. You'll manage office supplies and stationery across the Group, ensuring purchasing is cost effective and well organised
6. You'll help create a welcoming, high quality working environment by overseeing cleaning standards and shared spaces
Where you'll be based
You'll be part of our Group Support team, playing a key rolein delivering essential support services across all companies and regionswithin the Group. You'll be located in the village of Sherborne St John, a tenminute drive from Basingstoke town centre, at our company head office.
