About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join an esteemed client's Community Mental Health Team.
Responsibilities :
In this role, you will
Deliver holistic, strengths-based support to individuals with severe mental health conditions, promoting independence and well-being.
Work within a multi-disciplinary team, carrying a caseload under the Care Program Approach, ensuring compliance with the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
Apply social work values and ethics to drive social justice, human rights, and equal opportunities for individuals with mental health challenges.
Support risk enablement and positive risk-taking, using legal and statutory knowledge to mitigate preventable harm.
Maintain a reflective practice, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and solution-focused approaches.Benefits of the role:

To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
