Job Description
* Provide business support to multiple leaders, including diary management and overseeing inboxes.
* Complete administrative tasks to support leaders and their teams, ensuring smooth operations.
* Gain exposure in a fast-paced environment.
* Position duration: 12 months.
* This role does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
What you'll do
Support business leaders with diary and email management, schedule meetings, and organize logistics such as room bookings and technology.
You will also:
* Act as a point of contact in their absence, managing emails.
* Assist with digital tools and technology.
* Handle tasks related to onboarding, transfers, departures, travel, expenses, and invoices.
* Organize events like community days, training, socials, and conferences.
* Maintain records, files, and system access in line with policies.
Skills you'll need
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize information are essential.
You should also have:
* Experience as a Personal Assistant or Leadership Support Assistant.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Understanding of relevant business areas within the bank.
* A strong digital capability with a desire to learn more.
