Overview
Are you an enthusiastic individual eager to embark on a career in insurance claims handling?
We are seeking a Trainee Casualty Claims Handler to join our team in Tamworth.
In this role, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training to prepare you for success in your career.
How You'll Make An Impact
* Oversee a portfolio of public and employers' liability claims for local government clients.
* Handle claims from first notification to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing
* Receive training to make informed decisions on quantum and liability
* Work closely with partners like clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives
* Utilise multiple communication channels, such as phone and email
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills
About You
* Comfortable working in an office environment
* Ability to interact with customers respectfully
* Keen attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and advance in claims handling
