Randstad has an exciting job opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to become part of an established Global Organisation specialising in the Engineering markets. If you thrive in a fast paced, customer centric environment we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional providing high-level support to the Sales Director and senior leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the Sales department. This position is a Temp to Perm opportunity, offering a clear pathway to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a sales support or sales administration role.
* Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Experience with tendering processes, bid coordination and managing compliance.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable learning new order systems.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of discretion, professionalism and confident communication skills.
* Driving Licence and access to a car is preferred.Available for an immediate start pending checks.


Responsibilities

* Direct Support: Act as the primary administrative lead for the Sales Director and senior stakeholders.
* CRM & Data: Maintain Salesforce CRM accuracy, including pipeline updates and client records.
* Tender Management: Lead the creation, formatting and submission of high-quality tender documents.
* Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders and accurately upload customer quotes within the system.
* Diary Management: Coordinate complex schedules and meetings to ensure team productivity.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for internal teams, external partners and customers.
* Compliance: Manage complex processes and ensure all documentation meets formal governance requirements.
