Job Description
* Manage and resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.

* Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate feedback appropriately.
* Provide customers with product and service information clearly and concisely.
* Support the team in achieving service level agreements and performance targets.
* Handle complaints with empathy and deliver effective solutions.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service advisor should have:
