What You’ll Do Operate the batching plant safely and efficiently Quality control: Check mixes, make adjustments to meet standards Maintenance: Routine checks, cleaning, and equipment upkeep Material & Stock: Drive telehandler/loading shovel, manage raw materials Admin: Record batching data, track stock and deliveries ⚠️ Safety & Housekeeping: Keep plant safe, clean, and compliant ✅ Essential Skills Experience as a concrete batcher – essential!
